Our production base covers an area of over 30,000 square meters and is equipped with eight frequency converter assembly lines, five board manufacturing and inspection lines, four automated packaging lines, four fully automated anti-corrosion coating lines, as well as automated equipment such as screw machines, welding machines, and unpacking machines. The daily production capacity for frequency converters reaches up to 5,000 units. This advanced equipment ensures both quality assurance and production reliability for Haishang products. The facility implements standardized 5S management practices to guarantee rigorous inspection of every component, strict adherence to each production step, and complete compliance with all product specifications. The company has established three dedicated R&D centers: the Shanghai R&D Center, the Shenzhen R&D Center, and the Headquarters R&D Center. These centers boast highly specialized and experienced research teams, including two PhD holders and over ten professionals holding intermediate or senior professional titles.
